Oil Pastels

Textures are one of the important parts of my work. To achieve this purpose I play with different mediums. This time it's oil pastels. Here I have used double layers of oil pastels so that I may be able to do a precised work.

When you visit a new place it surely leaves some impression on you. This drawing depicts the impression ofTurkey left on me after my recent visit. I saw some magnificent natural wonders. It was hard to believe they were formed naturally. I haven't shown all of them here but only some memories of Cappadocia and Istanbul.

In this drawing I experimented with glue and water colors.

During my masters I created this print. This print is a combination of Viscosity and Intaglio. Layers, textures always fascinate me. Here, first I created layers like viscosity, then did aquatint in the deepest layer and printed it in the same manner.

Welcome to my blog. It consists of original artworks done in different mediums. Printmaking and drawing are the two techniques in which I have worked in my 10 years of career.  I have experimented in both techniques,  can be seen in a couple of works.
Recently I am working in black and white line drawing.
